21st Annual All American Dog Show In Cornelius Kicks Off October 2nd

CORNELIUS, N.C. — Don’t fur-get the 21st Annual All American Dog Show is coming to Cornelius on October 2nd!

Join the Cornelius Parks and Recreation Department and presenting sponsor, Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, at Robbins Park on West Catawba from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to watch the show.

Officials say admission and parking is free, and everyone, regardless if they have a pet or not, is encouraged to come cheer on these pawsome pets.

Anyone looking to enter their dog into the competition can register online ahead of time for $8 per dog or $12 per dog the day of the show.

Officials say registration fees include entry into two contests plus the All American Dog contest.

Additional contests include:

  • Best Coat.
  • Best Dressed (with costumes).
  • Best Kisser.
  • Best “Puppy Dog” Eyes.
  • Best Trick.
  • Cutest Puppy (under 1-years-old).
  • Fantastic Fella.
  • Loveliest Lady.
  • Most Ear-resistable Ears.
  • Owner-Dog Lookalike (without costumes).
  • Sassiest Senior (over 7-years-old).

Pet vendors, concessions, and kid’s activities will also be available during the event.
