CHARLOTTE, N.C. — As Charlotte nonprofit, Beds for Kids, celebrates their 10th anniversary, they’re getting an extra-special gift — an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Thursday, September 30th. The organization empowers families with children by providing beds and other essential furniture to empower families as they rise out of poverty.
WCCB Charlotte’s CW’s Brianna Dahlquist spoke with Executive Director, Malcolm Graham, about Bed for Kids‘ appearance on the show, “It’s our 10th anniversary! We’ve been doing this for 10 years. We have this national opportunity with Kelly Clarkson, so we’re really happy. But more importantly, we’re really about making sure our children come to school prepared and one way to do that is by guaranteeing a good night’s sleep.”
