CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Facebook staff is being told to brace for more bad headlines in the coming days. Reports based on a cache of tens of thousands of leaked documents from the company continue to come out. Facebook’s Vice President of Global Affairs made the comments in an internal company post on Saturday, taking aim at news organizations writing in part, “In the past, public discourse was largely curated by established gatekeepers in the media who decided what people could read, see and digest.”
Plus, a man was left with an enormous bill when his blind date brought 23 members of her family with her to test his generosity.
And, Brian Laundrie’s remains have been sent to an anthropologist “for further evaluation” after autopsy results came back inconclusive. That’s according to the family’s attorney, Steve Bertolino.
