CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Fugees are back together after a 15 year hiatus. The trio announced their reunion tour this week and held a pop-up performance on Wednesday night in Manhattan. And while critics say the performance was spectacular, they also say the 45 minute set started 3 hours late.
