Personal Choice Or Professional Pressure: Cam Newton Caves And Gets COVID Vaccine After Weeks Off NFL Roster

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Former Panthers and former Patriots quarterback Cam Newton says he’s now vaccinated against COVID-19 and ready to play football again. Newton posted a video on YouTube on Sunday, showing himself getting the shot, while also calling the choice to get vaccinated a “personal decision.” In the video, he urged others not to judge people for their decision to get the shot or not get it. He says, “We keeping it funky in all regards. I wanna play football and stop damn judging people if they do or if they don’t got the vaccination. Straight up, because it is what it is. We all got our lives to live and you live your life to the best of your ability and be happier.”

Our question of the night: will being vaccinated help Cam’s chances at returning to the NFL?
