Chilly Start, but Pleasant Wednesday

Waking up to a chilly start across the region. Temps are in the 30s and 40s, but for some, it is feeling like the 20s with the wind chill. Winds will calm today with highs reaching the upper 60s this afternoon. Clouds fill back in tomorrow ahead of our next cold front.

Unsettled End to Week

Steady showers and even a few storms are possible with this next system, which will keep us soggy Thursday night through Friday. Scattered showers will linger in the forecast Saturday as this disturbance lifts out of the area. Temperatures will be much, much cooler Thursday through Saturday with highs struggling to break out of the low to mid-60s.

Drying out for Halloween

However, we’re in for a treat just in time for Halloween. Dry air settles back into the region Sunday. It will lead to clear skies and a bit warmer temps Sunday afternoon. Halloween night will be crisp, but dry for trick or treaters. Temps will be in the upper 50s after sunset and steadily drop into the low 50s by midnight. It will be a sunny and dry start to next week with highs reaching the upper 60s to lower 70s. These pleasant conditions will linger through next week with rain and storms returning by Thursday.

Have a great day!
