CONCORD, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning at Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill in Concord that left one victim dead and another victim injured.
Police responded to a shots fired call at the bar around 1:15 a.m.
At the scene, officers found one victim dead from an apparent gunshot wound in the parking lot and another victim injured from a gunshot wound near the business.
Officers say the injured victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Initial reports suggest that an altercation broke out inside the bar and ultimately ended up in the parking lot where the deadly shooting occurred.
Police believed this is an isolated incident.
