CHESTER CO., S.C. — S.C. Troopers are investigating a fatal crash after a victim died when they lost control of their car and struck several trees in Chester County Friday night.
Troopers say they responded to the scene on SC Highway 97 around 8:45 p.m. on November 5th to find a victim dead at the scene.
Investigators say the victim, driving a 2018 Hyundai, was heading west on SC Highway 87 when they lost control of their car and went off the roadway to the left striking several trees before coming to a stop.
The investigation into this case is active and ongoing.
